Here is my first attempt at painting a cake with coloured white chocolate, its a lemon madeira cake filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream. Oh, yes, its VERY lemony!!

Hi Mandy, not too good at this internet stuff! but here goes I was looking at your facebook and there is mention there of a lemon madeira cake and lemon buttercream please can you tell me where I find the recipe for lemon curd buttercream please, I have baked the madiera cake by Lindys before and it never goes wrong beautiful recipe and site and yours is good too if I posted this in the wrong place sorry ...
Hello, I used 25og good butter, 500g icing sugar and about 2/3 of a standard jar of zingy lemon curd... Thats all. Maybe a splash of water to get the consistency right for you.
